Located in a strategic position reachable by car, a few steps from the historic center (not accessible by car), from the train station, bus and metro (station stop), from the civil hospitals, from the new court, from Mille Miglia Storica and from the area of the Brescia Museums.
Our solutions are totally independent, in a context of few units, and offer customers who love comfort at home, the ideal solution for short stays.
The 40 sq.mt studio apartment is composed of a large living area and a double bed (linen included), a fully equipped American kitchen (dishes included), a bathroom with a shower (linen included), a view and a private entrance.
It is equipped with linens, toiletries, washing machine, hairdryer, satellite TV, free wi-fi internet, iron, crockery, courtesy line with tea and coffee, biscuits and jams.
On request it is possible to organize pastry service with themed cakes for birthdays, anniversaries, thanks to the agreement with the famous “Le Torte di Giada” patisserie www.tortedigiada.com
Check-in can be from 12:30 pm onwards. We are equipped with a key box with access code, to guarantee a flexible and independent check-in. Check-out takes place before 10.30.
The parking area is closed, reserved, with direct access to the floor via a lift. Security deposit is required for weekly stays, also payments by credit card.

The price is 75 euros per night (per couple), each person added over two pay 15 euros per day. Prices may change according to seasonality and events. City Tax 1 euro.
For stays longer than 7 days, free cleaning and linen change is provided.
In some periods of the year a minimum number of 3 nights is required.
